Sometimes, you did everything you could, but you still weren’t able to gather all of the necessary funds. You might be eligible for a scholarship from the School at Sea-fund to help you realise your dream.
The final push
The School at Sea-fund (or SaS-fund for short) was founded together with friends, partners and sponsors of School at Sea, like the Foundation for Education and Culture (SEC) and AkzoNobel in order to keep the School at Sea-programme accessible for everyone.
School at Sea will evaluate your application for the SaS-fund carefully and discreetly. Whether or not you are eligible for a scholarship depends on the amount of work you put into the Fundraising Track. We will also consult your coach and request some proof of your parents’ income.
